We just love fresh bread. Seven days a week our bakers prepare an excellent range of fresh breads while you sleep.

Starting before midnight the bakery team produce and develop the dough and then bake from scratch so that every morning our shops are stocked with a huge range of fresh goods. Most of our breads are made from nothing more than flour, water, yeast and a little bit of salt. No additives other than maybe some milk or natural seeds. REAL bread. We use natural local ingredients whenever we can and our flour is largely sourced from Carrs in Silloth.

Try the Dark Rye or one of our Sunflower seed loaves for something a bit special or for simply good fresh bread our white or Granary take some beating. Then there's our Chia Cobs, packed full of the chia "miracle seed", which are very high in Omega-3 acids. Our pumpkin rolls are perfect with soup, and the Donker loaf brings a little bit of the continent to your plate.

Our range includes Cobs, Bloomers, French breads, White, Brown, Wholewheat, Granary, Ciabatta, Muesli, Mixed Grain, Cheese, Farmhouse, Chia, Sourdoughs, Chopped Focaccia, Donker, Treacle Bread, Pumpkin bread and of course the famous Lakeland Plum Bread.
