Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for perishable items such as food, as well as gift cards.

Should you be unsatisfied with the quality of a food product received from an online purchase, kindly get in touch with us without delay. Please use our Contact Form or email us, providing detailed feedback and attaching photographs of the product in question. Without visual evidence of the product, we will be unable to progress with an investigation into your purchase.
If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
It's important to note that if we have informed you of potential postal delays in your region, and you decide to place an order regardless, you will not be eligible for a refund should your order fail to arrive.
Mistakes, such as incorrect address details provided by the customer, will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure to double-check your details before placing your order.
