Ingredients for Fruit Scones: Wheat Flour (with Added Calcium, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin), Water, Sultanas 12% (Sulphites), Sugar, Butter (Milk), Raising Agents: E450 E500 (Wheat, Sulphites), Milk Solids (Vegetable Oil: Palm & Rapeseed, Sugar, Emulsifier E322) (Soya), Salt, Egg glaze.

Ingredients for Bryson's Strawberry Jam: Sugar, Strawberries, Gelling Agent: Pectin; Acidity Regular: Citric Acid. Prepared with 45g of Fruit per 100g. Total Sugar content 68g per 100g.

Ingredients for Shortbread Fingers: Wheat Flour (with Added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (Milk), Sugar. May contain traces of Egg, Soya and Suphites.
