Ingredients for Gluten Free Fruit Scones: Gluten Free Bread Flour (Rice, Tapioca, Potato), Greek Style Yoghurt (Skimmed Milk, Cream (Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder), Sugar, Water, Sultanas 4.5% (Sulphites), Butter (Milk), Vegetable Margarine (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Emulsifier (E471), Natural Flavouring), Raising Agents: E450 E501, Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Skimmed Milk Powder, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).

Ingredients for Bryson's Strawberry Jam: Sugar, Strawberries, Gelling Agent: Pectin; Acidity Regular: Citric Acid. Prepared with 45g of Fruit per 100g. Total Sugar content 68g per 100g.

Ingredients for Gluten Free Honey Flapjacks: Jumbo Oats (48%),  Golden Syrup (18%), Vegetable Margarine (Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Water, E471), Sugar, Honey (5%), Raising Agents: Diphosphates, Sodium Bicarbonate.
